Successful Fair Presentation in Budapest with Innovations “Made by Gauselmann”
Successful Fair Presentation in Budapest with Innovations “Made by Gauselmann”ESPELKAMP. Together with Hungarian partner SHS Union Ltd., the Gauselmann subsidiary MEXIM – Merkur Ex- and Import – presented its newest innovations “made by Gauselmann” in Budapest from September 7 to 9 in Budapest. One of the outstanding attractions at the joint booth was the fantastic new MERKUR DIAMOND CASINO which was especially designed to meet the demands of the Hungarian AWP market. Around two months before the fair this top-class Gauselmann innovation was tested on the market and was an instant hit. MERKUR DIAMOND CASINO is especially convincing with its combination of game system and special features which are in tune with the times. Further newly introduced innovations were the TRENDY World and the E8 update. The TRENDY World makes it possible for the first time to stage international tournaments through a network. With its enhanced comfort and design, the new MERKUR ROULETTE also made a huge impression on the Hungarian public. Further MEXIM highlights were the childrens’ entertainment products “Space Car” and “Happy Kids”. State-of-the-art money changing machines were further proof of the Gauselmann Group’s concentrated competence on the international stage. “I am very happy because of this cooperation, and I am proud that companies like STELLA International and MEXIM belonging to such a huge company, like Gauselmann Group, have become partners of SHS Union Ltd.” said Mr Czeglédi, owner of SHS Union Ltd. LUCKY WHEEL conquers Europe At the same time of the GamExpo, permits for LUCKY WHEEL were issued for Hungary and the Czech Republic, enabling the start of test installations within these neighboring European countries. This unique roulette innovation of last year was awarded the Steef-Rouvoet-Prize for the most innovative game machine by the Dutch Coin-Operated Machine Association (VAN), and it also won the Audience Prize as best machine 2004. The takings of the first installations are exceedingly convincing! Even as early as the first fairs in the spring of this year in Spain and the Czech Republic which starred the Gauselmann subsidiary STELLA International - which now like MEXIM also operates under the umbrella of “Merkur Gaming” within the Gauselmann Group - there was a great deal of praise to be heard from the international coin-operated machine market. Rolf Klug, Board member of the Gauselmann Group and responsible for the MERKUR International segment, is certain that LUCKY WHEEL is set to achieve outstanding takings across the whole of Europe. After all, behind this roulette innovation stands a concern with decades of experience and unprecedented competence in the development field. A particular characteristic of LUCKY WHEEL is the vertically placed roulette wheel fitted with an LED running-chain. This in itself is a fantastic eye-catcher for every arcade! The possibility to bet not only on numbers but also on colors, and the feature on a “second screen” increase the players’ win chances. LUCKY WHEEL comes with four, five or six terminals according to interior and room demands. This is also a great plus for the player magnet on the European market because of its flexibility and adaptability to individual customer demands – an important criteria for “European suitability”. LUCKY WHEEL meets all these demands with bravura. Espelkamp, 2005-09-27
