The strategic re-alignment of the Gauselmann Group’s international activities in the European segment of electronic amusement machines both with and without prize is visibly taking shape. “With Axel Pawlas, we have been able to gain the market-expert who will lead and further develop our product- and market-oriented sales and marketing activities”, commented Rolf Klug, head of the international Merkur and Spielothek pillar of Gauselmann AG. Axel Pawlas who was born in Vienna, spent the last six years in the international electronic amusement industry during which time he carried out various management responsibilities at Bally Gaming/Bally Wulff, including the position of Senior Vice President International.
